The Nutfield Valley Railroad Club is a HO scale model railroading club started in Derry, New Hampshire in the early 1980's. The first layout, started in an old chicken coup, was build over two years and was a great running layout. In 1983 that layout was taken down to to build a now larger layout. As with all layouts in 1985 the club decided it was once time to begin construction of another layout. A great deal of track laying, scenery, and electrical wiring remained to be done.

In late 1998 Pinkerton Academy bought our chicken coup and evicted us. We were forced to quickly find a new building, but thanks to the Richardson's of Derry we were able to find a New building. We moved into the location in December of 1998 and are currently working on the new layout.
